Kaizen is a Japanese word that stands for continuous improvement through small changes. It translates to: change for the better. Kai means change, and Zen means for the better. Kaizen is an approach to problem-solving and forms the basis of continuous improvement within organizations.

This is a self-paced e-learning course. It teaches students how to define, facilitate, and lead Lean IT Kaizen improvement initiatives. The course trains students to effectively use the Six Sigma DMAIC improvement model (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Students learn how to utilize the Lean A3 tool for problem identification and planning, creating a complete improvement cycle.

This certification course provides the knowledge, skills, and methodology needed to identify, plan, and implement service and process improvements. The focus is on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of every process and value stream within the organization.  

 

Certification: Lean IT Kaizen certification is governed by Professional Designations.
